Delivery/Pick-up/Drop-off Info

1. Drop-Off: Fee: $250
Though online banking is preferred, we are pleased to inform you that cash payments are accepted at our drop-off locations after being contacted.
THE DROP-OFF LOCATIONS ARE:
-Halfway Tree Police Station, 142 A3 - Maxfield Ave, Kingston 10.
-Jamaica College at 189 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6, Jamaica WI.
-The University of Technology, Jamaica at 237 Old Hope Road, Kingston (Papine Campus).
-The Jamaica Theological Seminary at 14 – 16 West Avenue,
Constant Spring, Kingston 8, Jamaica, W.I.
Please choose a location from the list above that works best for you.
Feel free to visit any of these locations during their operating hours to make your payment in cash once a representative is present.
2. Replacements:
Eligibility for Replacement: Replacements are provided for items that are damaged upon drop-off or incorrect items received. To be eligible, you must notify us within a day of receiving your order.
Replacement Procedure:
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the issue.
Provide any necessary photos of the damaged or incorrect items if applicable.
We will review your request and arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
PLEASE NOTE!
Return of Original Item:
For damaged or incorrect items, we may require the return of the original item (WITH YOUR ISSUED RECIPT) before processing a replacement. We will provide instructions for this process if necessary.
3. Exclusions:
Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Replacements are the only option available.
Non-Eligible Items: Some items may not be eligible for replacement due to custom products and/or final sale items.
